We keep our pricing clear and straightforward. These are the price ranges we quote most often for website projects, support and SEO. If something sits outside the standard scope, we quote it as a fixed price before work starts, so costs stay clear from the start.

Website project pricing
These are the website projects we quote most often. They show what we usually include and where scope starts to change the price.
Website Lite
$6,000 – 7,000
For smaller business websites that need a clean online presence and reliable lead capture.
Best for: small service businesses
Typical timeline: 4–6 weeks
Typical scope: up to 5 pages
Usually includes:
- Discovery, goals and sitemap planning
- One design direction with reasonable iteration
- Responsive page build-out
- Contact forms routed to your email with spam protection
- Technical SEO basics, analytics and launch setup
What to keep in mind
- All website projects follow the same staged sign-off process. The package size changes the scope, not how we work.
- If something sits outside the agreed scope, we quote it separately at a fixed price before work starts.
- One integration means one straightforward integration. More complex or less documented integrations are scoped separately.
- Copywriting, deeper SEO content work, photography, branding and paid assets are not included unless agreed.
Common add-ons
Some work is quoted separately to keep the scope clear and costs predictable. Common add-ons include:
- Complex integrations such as CRM, booking tools, forms to API and various automations
- Extra pages
- Full copywriting outside of the agreed scope
- SEO optimisation of client-provided content outside of the agreed scope
Ongoing support and SEO pricing
We split ongoing work into two areas: website support and growth-focused SEO. It helps us keep the scope clear when routine support, small changes and growth work can easily blur together.
Hosting Support
$50 / month
We recommend this plan when you want the technical foundation looked after and do not need regular monthly support time. Client-requested work such as content changes, troubleshooting or restoring from a backup, is quoted separately at a fixed price. If an issue is caused by our work, we fix it.
Includes:
- Managed cloud hosting
- Automated backups
- Uptime monitoring
- Routine security updates and tests
- Basic incident response
- Website speed checks
How SEO packages work
- SEO setup can be credited back on longer commitments: 50% on a 6-month plan and 100% on a 12-month plan.
- For SEO, a content piece means one blog article, service page, location page, or a meaningful refresh of one existing page.
- We prioritise the highest-impact work each month within the included scope.
- Larger copy, design, development or integration work is quoted separately.
Important pricing notes
- Prices are a guide, not a promise that every project fits neatly into a package.
- Larger integrations, custom functionality and major changes are scoped separately and quoted at a fixed price before work starts.
- We keep feedback structured across every project. If something changes after sign-off in a way that affects scope, timeline or deliverables, it becomes a change request and we quote it separately before work starts.
- Ongoing support works best on websites we built or setups we are comfortable standing behind. If a site is unstable or outdated, we may recommend remedial work first.
